Other Information: The backyard is not fully fenced. Cadet heating, The Property has well water (sewer paid for separately). Hard water outside (not recommended to wash cars), soft water inside. No hard water on the house and fencing. The well is located on the owner's side as well as the main shut-off valve & the well is maintained by the Landlord. The landlord also provides salt pellets for the water softener. The owner lives next door. The tenant is responsible for watering the yard as well as maintaining the grass and shrubbery as needed. Outside water spigot disburses hard water.
