Licensed Real Estate Broker/Property Manager

Julia oversees the day-to-day operations of the property management department and she is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Oregon since 2013.

She has worked exclusively at luxury high rise, mixed-use properties in Salem and in Portland.  During her experience, she has been responsible for overseeing daily financial and management operations, maintenance staff, and successfully working through lease-ups and property take-overs. Julia enjoys helping our clients navigate through the complexities of property management. 

During her spare time, Julia enjoys spending time with her family, painting, playing Texas Hold Em’ and exploring Oregon.

Finance Manager

David has been working in Property Management accounting for the past 12 years.  He moved to Salem in 2018 and loves the surrounding area.  He enjoys working with tenants and owners alike and answering their financial questions.

In his spare time, he likes to work out, hike, write and read.  His favorite parts of Oregon to travel are Central Oregon, the Eagle Cap Wilderness in Eastern Oregon, and the ocean.

Leasing Specialist & Maintenance Coordinator

Michelle has been the Leasing Specialist & Maintenance Coordinator for our department since 2018. She is responsible for working with prospective tenants and current tenants. She is also responsible for marketing all our rental properties and is usually the first voice you hear when you contact our department.

She has a strong background in Customer Service and helped operate her family’s business for many years before venturing full time into property management. Her background in business management and customer service are just some of the skills she adds to our team. Michelle enjoys completing tasks and helping our tenants and owners with their housing needs. 

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time Blogging, spending time with her cats, gardening, Xbox Gaming, and having a good cup of coffee!

Administrative and Marketing Assistant

Violet is a recent graduate of Willamette University, loved the area, and decided to stay.  She majored in Civic Communication and Media and enjoys applying that knowledge to her work here at John L. Scott.  She is dedicated to helping the office run smoothly and being a dependable line of communication for our clients and tenants.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing with her cat, and roller skating.  She also loves to explore the nature of the Pacific Northwest.
